Likes - can be controlled using supplied remote control and also via mobile app. Speed only goes up to 6 kmh which is only a fast walking speed definitely not fast enough for running.So best for light walking exercise in the house when the weather is poor.Dislikes - the supplied remote is rather unresponsive as other reviewers have also commented on, need to repeatably press the button till it works. It's not due to line of sight nor low on battery it simply refuses to respond upon first and sometimes second press. This will become an issue when you try to stop the treadmill once you're in a breathless state after a hard workout. Note if you use the phone as the controller then it'll respond 100% of the time but you're not getting the same experience as a simple on off button as on the physical controller. Max speed is 6km (around 4 miles per hour) which I thought was suffice. I guess its OK for fast walking pace but feels it lacks once you step it up to running pace you'd like to achieve a pace of around 8-10km/per hour. More of a wish list but if there was a holder/shelf in front then you can rest the controller in front of you also have a video to look at whilst exercising. Other brands have this feature but it is reflected in the price so fair game.

Easy to set up and use, has wheels that makes it easier to move around. Remote is great.

Faulty item stopped working after a couple of uses makes funny noise. Mark on belt. Return process is not easy you have to post item back to seller yourself no option for Amazon to collect from home.

Had this machine for a week and it seems fine, but using the remote is very hit and miss. Can be used with a smartphone, but a remote facility is far better when using the machine. I think remote capability is so useful, and despite the machine itself seemingly of a better manufacture, I think I will return this to Amazon whilst I can. A pity, as a little more 'quality' in the remote would make this quite satifactory.Subsequent to the above have been sent a replacement remote. Quite surprised!

I received this product 6 days ago and one of the buttons on the remote control has already stopped working even though I have only used the product 5 times. There is an app you can link to the walking pad which you can use as a controller but this is so inconvenient especially when you are doing interval training between jogging and walking. There is no way to contact seller and the only option you get is for a return or refund. There's an option to buy a replacement remote control but it's £20 and judging by how long the one that came with the machine lasted for, I feel like it will be a waste of money to get another one only for it to work for a few days. Otherwise, the walking pad itself is working fine but not sure for how long.
