Update: It seems i had the bad luck to get a defective device. I contacted eufy/anker via email and got an immediate response for troubleshooting. When that didn’t work they immediately said they would replace it.This is a brand you should buy from. I have many of their devices from doorbells to cameras and this is how they treat their customers.Not reliable. Connection is faulty. It can be next to my phone and not connect. Seems like the battery might be almost dead after 6 months desire the promised three years.

These work great! I set them up and linked them with my iPhone’s Find My app, and everything integrated beautifully. My kids have them in their wallets, and they are slim and easy to carry. The app tracks them easily, and when my son couldn’t find his wallet, it was easy to go into the Find My app and play the sound (we found his card/wallet under his bed). Great purchase!

I bought 2 of these SmartTrack cards, back in July of 2023, one for my wife and one for myself, I notice a couple months after using mine it did not update the location, so I unpaired it and re-pair it with my iPhone and it started working again like normalfast forward a couple more months until today I misplaced my wallet and pulled out my phone and notice that the SmartTrack card has not updated in OVER 2 months. I looked up their website and it states to put the item into "Lost Mode" to force a location update. That did nothing.So then after finally finding my wallet I unpaired the item and attempted to re-pair the item to my iOS device and nothing, it would not go into pairing mode or make any sounds, I again went to the website and followed the process to "factory reset" the card and again nothing, no signs of life whatsoever so I put in a warranty claim on Eufy/Anker's website and got an immediate response saying that I hav exceeded my 12 month warranty period.For a item that is advertised as having a 3-year battery haveing a 1 year warranty is ridiclous, and the fact that my card stop updating its location 2+ Months ago means I would have been within my warranty period had I notice it but I should not have constantly bring up my "find my" app just to make sure that my Eufy product is working as intended, it did not work when I needed it to and customer service has been horrible and no help.I would never buy another non-Apple tracking device again, especially not from Eufy.

It’s a great product and has helped me find my wallet on more than one occasion when it’s fallen between seat and console or under table. Connected to FindMy app really easily. Only issues have been the ‘beep’ is pretty quiet (muffled by wallet) so have to be in same room. FindMe will identify the address, but not give directions within the address like it does with the tags.

Why I Got It:I purchased the Eufy Security SmartTrack Card to add an extra layer of security to my belongings, particularly for keeping track of my wallet and phone. It is EXTREMELY thin, but the material is definitely durable. Examine the images!Long Battery Life: With an impressive battery life of up to 3 years, the SmartTrack Card minimizes the hassle of frequent replacements. This longevity ensures sustained peace of mind and reliable tracking over an extended period. However, I do not know that this is guaranteed, but the battery percentage on the Find My is still showing that the card is fully powered to the max!The Cons / Bads:Cannot Use Apple's Built-in "Find" Tracking Feature:Unfortunately, the eufy SmartTrack Card does not support Apple's built-in "Find" tracking feature in the Find My app. This limitation might be disappointing for users accustomed to the native tracking experience. Just know, that this is NOT an Airtag replacement, it is a Tile replacement.Possibility of Dead Cards:There is a potential risk of dead cards, which could be a concern for users relying heavily on the SmartTrack Card for their tracking needs. This simply just means that there is no guarantee that the card will last three years, be wary of this!!!Verdict:Considering the features and functionality provided by the eufy SmartTrack Card, the price is reasonable. Its compatibility with Apple Find My, and extended battery life justify the investment for those seeking a reliable tracking solution for their valuables. It’s definitely a 5-star rating, given its price; however, just beware that the battery life is NOT guaranteed, and the missing “Find” feature was somewhat disappointing.

The eufy Security SmartTrack Card E30 has been incredibly helpful on multiple occasions when I’ve accidentally left my wallet behind. It easily integrates with Apple Find My, allowing me to quickly locate my wallet through my iPhone. The compact and slim design fits perfectly into my wallet, and the tracking has been accurate every time. It’s a must-have accessory for anyone who tends to misplace their wallet or other important items. It’s definitely saved me more than once—highly recommend!
