This is a super budget friendly printer. I am impressed so far with the quality of the prints and how simple the setup was. I like that it comes with everything you need to get started so no additional cost is required to get going. Needed some engineering support during setup and they were super responsive and helpful.

I was really nervous about pitching this DTF printer for my small business but I'm so glad that I did! It came packaged really well.. very secure! I received my printer and heater 1st then my laptop arrived 7 days later - which I didn't have a problem with. I instantly reached out to customer service for support for assistance as I didn't want to mess anything up! But setup was very easy... I could have probably done this on my own if I wasn't so nervous lol. Simple steps & easy instructions. Customer service was AMAZING! My tech was Fonta & he was very patient with me! HE'S THE BEST! He guided me every step of the way. The time zones are different so don't expect a reply until later that night or whatever your time zones are! I'm EST! Overall my experience has been great.. my printer is printing great! I'm so excited!! Purchase this product you won't regret it! I know I haven't had this product long but I do feel with the proper cleaning and attention this product will serve me well! Thank you for all your help and thank you for providing me with a great product. **Almost forgot the most important part - the print offs are beautiful & vibrant! Love love love this!

This is good printer Received this as a Christmas gift I had a little problem with setting up a software but eventually, I figured it out and the prints-comes out amazingly Still learn how to use the software, but I would definitely recommend this for beginners

Printer is great ! Honestly I was very surprised by the quality of the prints, definitely miles better that I’ve seen before and easy to use. Customer service and aftercare is also excellent, printmasters are very responsive and helpful with setup.

This was my first time purchasing a DTF printer. Although it came with a manual and video instructions, it was still a bit confusing to set up. After I contacted customer service, they connected me to an engineer who walked me through the software setup step by step. Now I'm printing like a pro. Great printer! Five star customer support!

This is a great machine. I did have issues with the white ink bottle malfunctioning, but the tech support was great. They responded fast, sent me a replacement bottle and replacement ink. They even remotely checked my system and the print to make sure it was working correctly. Really impressed with the printer and the support that is available!

I have been thinking about getting a DTF machine for some time now but decided against it because many of the machines/software was not compatible with a Mac. When I saw this bundle, which included a laptop, software, oven, and starter kit, I knew I had to get it and it did not break the bank. The bundle comes with a few booklets providing steps on how to set up the printer and oven. I was able to easily set everything up but I had some difficulties with the white ink. The provider makes it extremely easy to reach them for assistance. I simply contacted them via WhatsApp, providing my order number. They added me to a tech group and walked me through connecting them to my computer via TeamViewer. I explained what was going on and they were able to remote into the laptop, run a few nozzle checks and printhead cleanings and correct my settings. My issue was quickly resolved. The costumer service provided was great, extremely quick. The Mickey image is my first project that they helped me with. It came out great. After everything was resolved, they answered follow-up questions and said I can contact them via the group chat anytime. In addition they gave me a wonderful tip list on maintaining my printer. This was so awesome, especially for a newbie. I quickly had to print a new image and I wanted to max the size. It came out great with great coverage for a women's large tank top. The color quality and the cleanliness of the image is amazing. I would definitely recommend to purchase.
