There is nothing bad that can be said about the taste of this ...
Been drinking this for about 5 days, 2 cups a day. I look so forward to my tea each day, its almost the first thing on my mind when I wake up! The taste is mild, pleasant, delicious. I add a dash of stevia for sweetener. There is nothing bad that can be said about the taste of this tea. The smell is great as well. On to the results...my nails are showing white tops, and I JUST trimmed them a few days back! That is the only thing so far. I am anxiously awaiting hair and skin benefits. I have such high hopes for this magical tea, and I am so excited about it, more excited then I've been about any product in the past that I've tried. My mom is now drinking it, she is 82, and her hair has thinned in front to the point of being almost gone. I pray that this helps her regenerate stubborn hair follicles. I will let you know. As for me, I am 53, and a skin freak...lol.....that is, I do anything and everything to keep age away, phytoceramides, (they are DEF. helping tighten skin on face and backs of hands), New Cell collagen powder (add vit. c!) which made my hair stop shedding to the point of not shedding anymore at all, AND face exercises, every morning. YES, they have taken 10 years if not more off my face! I look early to mid forties most days, unless I am dehydrated, so DRINK a lot of WATER! Okay, have a great day, I'll update at the end of my month...!Update: It is 4/26/17. My nails are still stronger and a little longer than they usually are. My hair is growing a LOT quicker than it normally does. And my skin looks great! I don't look twenty yet..lol...but I am hopeful! I think everyone should try this tea. There are benefits to be had for all, and you will thoroughly enjoy the taste, and the relaxation.

I have very fine, straight hair and incredibly brittle nails (they peel ...
I've been using this tea for about 2 months now. Here's some history on me: I have very fine, straight hair and incredibly brittle nails (they peel when they get any longer than 1/4cm). First I noticed the difference in my nails - they were able to grow longer before they would begin peeling, so I was able to have the length of nails I've always desired. They also didn't bend backwards and break as easily as before (AKA changing my linens no longer breaks my nails lol). I did notice that my hair has become very sleek, shiny, and stronger. I did not notice just how big the change was until I started receiving compliments and was being asked what I'm doing for my hair. In the last two months it has grown about an inch and has become significantly thicker. It usually takes me about 3-4 months to grow an inch. The taste isn't bad either. I'd compare it to green tea, so if you like green tea you'll have no problems with the taste of this.I noticed a lot of people complained about the packaging - if you're not careful, yes you WILL rip the tea bag. However, 1. I just shake the tea bag so that it falls to the bottom and rip the top open carefully. 2. If you do rip the bag, there's not need to throw it out .The contents fall to the bottom within 5 minutes and unless you stir with a spoon they will stay at the bottom.Overall, I love this tea and will continue buying it from this seller.

Bamboo tea does more than just help your hair
I prefer to get my supplementation from food sources as much as possible, and this tea does not disappoint. I started drinking bamboo tea a couple of months ago in order to repair my damaged hair. I had worn my hair in the same style too long, and it started to fall out and look dry. I came across bamboo as a supplement source when I looked up hair regrowth without supplementing biotin(which makes me break out). While I had some success with bamboo supplements, my use of this tea has provided me with benefits I was even expecting. Not only did I see new hair growth and improvement in the quality of my hair, I also saw the following: improvement in skin tone and texture, improved nail quality, and even an improvement in the quality of my teeth and gums. This tea does all of that, and it is far more cost effective than the numerous hair growth supplements out there.I drink this in 30 day increments. One bag, twice a day, for 30 days, then I take a week or two break. The other huge benefit of this tea is the high silica content without the adverse side effects that plague other natural sources. Horsetail extract doesn't have nearly the amount of silica that bamboo does, AND it can cause liver damage. This tea also has a mild, yet pleasant taste, but if you plan on sweetening it, do it with something that also has health benefits, like raw, locally-sourced honey. If you are attempting a more natural approach to health and wellness, try to go to the food source as much as possible. It is far more affordable, and it'll help you to get all the benefits of health and beauty. Holistic health does not need to break the bank, and this tea is an excellent example of that.

Bamboo, a more potent form of Silica for hair loss
My hair has been falling out substantially for two years, do to serious medical issues, not to mention, my monthlies are beginning to change as I near peri menopause. So hair loss/changes are a given. After research, I found that silica from bamboo was more potent than silica from horsetail for hair growth. So, I began searching for an organic tea with bamboo. I found this bamboo tea, and am now on my 2nd bag. Some reviewers have complained about the tea bags, they have updated the bags, they are much better now. With my health issues, I can’t say my hair is growing back yet, but I absolutely can say the severe breaking has stopped. I drink one cup a day. It isn’t the best tasting tea, it’s very earthy, so an acquired taste, but as a woman losing handfuls of hair with every washing, I’d drink much worse, if it helped! I add a teaspoon of organic honey and the tea is just fine. My nails are super strong, that is a definite. So, I’m hopeful between the Biotin supplements and this tea that my hair will stop falling out.
