Q: does anyone know if the figures inside are the regular sized littlelest petshop figure or is it the mini version?

I have the same problem. I think it is just based on the luck of the draw but in our (and probably many others) our cases the UNLUCK of the draw. I will not be purchasing anymore because of this. It's unfortunate!
