simple to set up
It is definitely convenient to be able to connect so many devices to my laptop (Yoga) with a single USB-C connection. Especially when you work in the office, plenty ports for my everything printer, mouse, big screen, keyboard and power and keeps my work place looking clean, it can also be placed under my laptop. It works well without hassles.

Very dissapointed
I looked at many docking stations before buying this product. It looks amazing, and when I first received it was very impressed. A couple of weeks after I started using it I began to have latency problems with devices connected to this docking station. HDMI display not connecting and bluetooth keyboard and mouse started failing. Contacted support and Silvia was an amazing help, replaced the unit right away, but then the second unit displayed the same problems. Got a full refund, which kind of makes it ok, but that is not what i expected when I bought it

disappointed - DUAL MIRRORED monitor support, can't extend over 3
Boo on me for not reading carefully however when i was looking for dual monitor docks, its not to MIRROR on the dual monitors, its to EXTEND. Tried every combination just to reread the A B+B graphic. Otherwise the product works OK. Win 10 freaks out if you start it from sleep and connect sometimes. Unfortunately I will need another dock...

Runs HOT
This will not run two monitors, but more importantly is that this was designed to be a wedge to prop up your Macbook so air could circulate under it. Good luck getting the Macbook to sit still o this thing and then this unit runs really hot so if you do have it under the Macbook it actually makes it run hotter. To test this I moved the docking port as far off to the side and sure enough this thing was really hot, hotter than the Macbook.

Works with Mac Mojave built-in ethernet driver (yea!)
I'm finding these to be the ideal hub as we upgrade the companies legacy macbook fleet to 2018 macbooks. The right combo of price, ports and reliability. As with all of the typc-c docks with integrated cords, I would like these to be at least .5m but this one useably-stuby so long as they get attached to the laptop riser so the macbooks prop-up on them. Not all desks work well like this, though, so a longer cord would give more options. Also, the VGA port doesn't have screw-ins so might be ok for a person who is comfortable around cables, but I now HAVE to use HDMI or DisplayPort to avoid help desk calls caused by loose VGA cables. Not ideal as most of my displays don't have HDMI ports. The bulk are DVI/VGA so add'l adaptors are required. - PS, I've run into kernal panics with machines using older RealTek drivers. The realtek uninstaller will pull the files that need pulled but it's a bit of a hassle to get MacOS 10.13 driver package that has the uninstall script. Hint: It's the Realtek "815x" driver package that is the problem and the uninstall script included with "RTUNICv1.0.17.zip" can be found via methodical clicking though their site for anyone who has the 815x kext installed AND are experiancing kernal panics with this Hub (or any other hub with a Realtek NIC, like the Aukey USB3.0 hubs with integrated Ethernet)...

Fails after a few months. 2 have died
I really liked this product when it was working. But after ordering one, it failing and being replaces and now having a second fail. I have grave concerns about its quality. I've done everything in my power to take care of each of them but there seems to be something about them that was not up to the task they were created for. I will be asking for another replacement/return because of this failing. Wish me luck!

Works for me since Feb. 2019.
I've had this docking station since Feb. of 2019 and use it with a 2018 13" MacBook Air. It has worked great for me. I use these mostly evenings and weekends. Lately I've noticed that it seems to get much hotter than it used to so I end up not keeping my laptop on top which is unfortunate because I have a small desk and needed that space saver. If I were to get another one, I'd probably want one with more ports, specifically more USB3.0. There are only two, which one is being used for my wired laptop and the other for wireless headphone charging. But overall, it does what I bought it for so am happy with my purchase.
