Can this be used in a nebulizer?

Yes, my Mom uses it in a nebulizer. She dilutes three percent hydrogen peroxide with distilled water 1:1 ratio. She puts the solution in the the nebulizer and breathes the mist each night before bed and in the morning when she awakes.

Yes, I've been using it that way for years. you will need to dilute this 3% peroxide with saline water. saline water is easily made at home using distilled water and salt. I make up enough saline water to last me for one year. I Keep it refrigerated. I also refrigerate my peroxide for it makes it last longer as well.
