The electrolyte drops are just as expected. There is a slight taste, but it's very doable. The dosing is simple and convenient. The liquid can added to any beverage you desire. I will be using the Salt t electrolyte liquid in place of the daily supplements I was taking before.

Since I started using this item I have stopped having irregular heart beat. I don't get light-headed. It stopped cramping in my feet and legs. I add a cap full to coffee and like the taste. Other times I add it to water. I feel better since I started using this project.

Great for balancing electrolytes. Essential for carnivore, keto diets. Even the flavor is good. Could use a better type of dispenser.

I needed electrolytes but I did not want any added sugar, dyes, etc etc. This was perfect. It doesn’t taste great, but a few drops in ice cold water and it’s not so bad. I actually mixed it with a kombucha packet and I loved it. Tasted like kombucha -flavored gatorade. This is great when you don’t want any non-essential ingredients, or if you’re intermittent fasting. Don’t expect it to taste amazing, but you can always add flavor. I’m stoked to have a “clean” alternative to Gatorade.

This REALLY helps not only with hydration but for when I'm specifically fasting. Helps with getting over the wave. Iykyk. I've actually never have drank so much water in my life.

This is awesome it lasts forever is cheaper than the keto powders and only tastes like salt if mixed with enough liquid which btw isnt very much . The powders cost a lot and tasted horrendous so this is a welcome solution. I mix the recommenced 1 TSP with just a couple of inches in a 10 oz cup and it only has a slight salt taste and the more liquid you mix the less salt taste (i like salt). P.s. Be wary if first starting i took about 2 tsp's the first time and was sent to the toilet within minutes with runs ,but that just shows you how potent this stuff is and not diluted like other brands. The 1 tsp might even take some people getting used to it because it does make bm's eaiser to have (think coffe level response on bms) not runs or mush dont worry but i recommend testing your response while at home for the day and not going out.
