Not readily on store shelves, so have to wait to buy . If you bought enough product to fill in ALL the 'runs' you would still have moles destroying your lawn !! Juicy Fruit gum works BEST, but not so practical !?Will buy more to kill a few more critters !!

I have been battling gophers for years. I know them very well. I’ve trapped them and used bait solutions to control their population on my acreage.I followed the instructions on this product’s label exactly. The bait was placed in the correct locations in main underground tunnels, and a generous amount of product was placed at each set location. After being out of town for 10 days, I returned to find my yard overrun with new gopher mounds. I set bait locations in a dozen different areas on my acreage. Each gopher territory received multiple bait sets. None of them worked. I have to assume the bait is effective in killing gophers if the gophers actually consume the bait. My guess is that they hate the way it smells or tastes. They did not eat it.I did have better luck with some voles, but overall would not recommend this product. It was an extreme waste of my time and money, and I now have a lot more damage in my yard.

It worked. It has controlled the mole population in the yard.

My yard was riddled with mole tunnels after planting new grass and heavy watering to keep the new grass growing. I am told that watering brings worms and moles. I ordered the 1 lb. container and poured it into the active tunnels over a period of 3 or 4 days. Using a 1/4" x 16" thick twig I pulled off a tree, being careful not to touch the "digging" end, I put 2+ tablespoons into each hole (I just dumped some in, eyeballing it), making 4 or 5 holes per day around the yard. I covered the hole by pushing a little dirt over the hole with the stick. Now a little over a week later, no moles! Gone completely. I even ordered from Amazon two cinch traps and some of the poison worm baits, 3 days into the process of using the Moletox II, thinking it would take something more. Now I have 2 cinch traps and some bait I don't need. About 1/4 or less of the 1 lb. container remains, approximately. I for one, can vouch for this stuff. It is easy to use, it worked well for me and it works fast and it is a lot cheaper than just about everything else that I saw on Amazon, overall.

OK, I used to be a fan of traps. I was able over the past few years to trap the 2-3 gophers per year that hit my yard. It was troublesome setting traps, but when successful satisfied an animal-urge. It was gratifying to KNOW I got the lil' bugger. Problem was that I didn't have success re-using traps, oh well.That was until this season. After a few failed trap attempts I was in trouble. I was training this guy. I ended up trying 4 different styles of traps, and spent time researching how to properly set them wearing gloves and so forth. No luck. Only a bunch of half buried traps. I had a bottle of this stuff in my garage but hadn't used it with any level of effort because of my desire to confirm the "kill".Well, After calling exterminators and not being able to find someone to come by I decided to try the bait. Last resort kind of thing. BUT, I did a thorough job of baiting this time (call me a master, hehe). I used a long screwdriver to locate tunnels near mounds, used a funnel to add bait into the tunnel, and then top off the small hole with a dirt clod. I did approximately 20 spots in my lawn. I think I may have 2 distinct gophers.2 days later, I went inspecting my lawn AFTER my sprinklers had run and noticed 2 holes that were still open. Odd, perhaps the lil bugger was airing out the place after the sprinklers hit. But then 8 hours later they were still open. VIOLA! Got Him! This, to me was 99% proof. Well, 2 days later what do I find rotting on my lawn? You betcha. Thank you Moletox!I now have the yard butler in the mail to make future baitings easier.Chris

I applied this product, the castor oil product, Tom Cat worms, solar vibrating units, and a mechanical trap. I put these in different parts of the yard to test which ones work. The Bonide and Castor oil did not seem to have any effect after allowing time to properly work. Still evaluating vibrating units, although 3 of 8 quit working within two week. Trap and worms 100% effective if properly placed.
