What size bags will fit?

This product is not made to attach a bag to the scoop, if that's what you mean. This is an extra large scoop, as described, made to pick up a lot of poop before needing to dump it. As for a bag to dump it into, you could line a bucket with a plastic grocery bag and dump the scoopful of poop into that for disposal.

Does this help with really old poop?

Love, love this set. I like it so much I bought one for our daughter. She bought one for her mother in law! Works well new and old poop alike!

The tubes for the pan have black plastic inside so can't use them. Other tubes for rake & shovel were fine. Who do I contact for correct 3 tubes??

My tubes were all the same I would contact Amazon or send it all back. I have had no issue with mine.

Does the pan start to lean forward like some aluminum ones tend to do after many times of using them?

I have had this for about a month now. It’s winter with a lot of freezing temps. So far the “pan” is perfect and stands by itself - no Leaning. Very happy with this set.
