Can the shelves be removed completely?

Yes the side shelfs can be removed. Also the top shelf and the middle patrician can be removed but I think it would make the unit flimsy.

Is it grey and white? Or white and green?

Brought mine 7 years ago and it was Green&White,only problem I found when it rained hard water got in,plus top is to flat and water lays on top.Hope this helps..........

place for mops and brooms

yes you can store mops and brooms in the cupboard. however a mop bucket is dependant on size and will only fit under the shelf side.

How easy is this product to assemble and how long does it take? Does it screw together or click together?

It clicks together easily. I have a lot of DIY experience so it only took two of us about 45 minutes, but the instructions are good and easy to follow so if it takes someone a bit longer it is still worth the effort. The one tip I would pass on is to make sure you put the top on last, otherwise the doors would be very hard to fit.
