BERRI – Dog Bladder and Kidney Supplement

Our French Bulldog started leaking every time she sat or lay down, after several trips to the vet for various tests on her blood, urine and bladder and we were no further forward. We were advised (by the vet) to manage the situation as she was not in any discomfort and all her tests were negative, no infection etc. Keen to solve the issue, we took to the internet for research and came across these tablets, and having read the reviews decided to try them. It took about a month to six weeks, but she is now completely dry during the day and overnight too. She eats them like a treat, or split in half and popped in with her biscuits. Anyone who has a dog with incontinence problems, after consulting your vet to rule out anything unpleasant, we would encourage trying these. We were unsure if they would work, and it did take time, but we would highly recommend them, the results have been brilliant. Excellent value for money too. On the couple of occasions that she has been hesitant to eat them, we have just wrapped a small piece of ham or cheese around them and she has eaten them without a problem, however 9 times out of 10 she will eat them as they are.

I used this product when my dog first had bladder issues with recurring UTIs and cystitis. It cleared up immediately and I continued until the pot had gone. When she started having problems again I couldn't find this particular tablet so I tried something different that looked like a cube of kibble. After 2 weeks I realised it was getting worse instead of better, she appeared swollen with tight skin and I thought I may have to go back to the vet. I did another search on Amazon and saw these. I wasn't sure if it was the same but, after 2 days she was back to normal, weeing properly, skipping about, swelling gone and the strong urine became normal once more. I'm going to keep her on these as bladder support now. They are quite a large tablet, so I snap them in half and wrap the two halves in a slice of ham, she has no problem gobbling them up. I've got a happy, healthy little girl and it's a small price to pay to keep her that way.

So my dog is 17 years old and ghost e is in fairly good nick for his age but he seemed to lose his house training for about a week which had me worried he was on his way out but I noticed blood in his urine. Off to the vets and a wallet weight reduction session had him on the mend. I decided to try help his old body to prevent this recurring and this product seemed to be exactly what I was looking for so I made the purchase.He was offered one and tentatively he took it and chewed it up, cautious of this new treat he was given. Next time he gobbled it down no hesitation. His house training is back, his urine doesn't smell like a fish mongers drain anymore and he seems happy to have normal functions restored. Signed up for subscription for a bit of discount, I'll keep buying for as long as he is eating them.

I had high hopes for these for a bladder leakage issue my dog had just started with, but shortly after starting them my dog suffered bloody gastroenteritis which meant 3 days on a drip, antibiotics, the works. The vets were suggesting the dog could have been irritated by the supplement although also agreed that the ingredients were unlikely to have done so, and I had researched the ingredients prior to buying it and noted they seem widely used in other such products for bladder conditions. While the gastroenteritis could have been caused by a virus or bacteria, it could also be caused by irritation, so after blood and urine tests were taken which showed no infection (but don't tell me about virus) I have reluctantly stopped the product . This is a shame as I prefer to use herbal products where I can. As my dog still has the bladder issue (which the vets are now looking at) I am now at a loss what else to try as a supplement with any confidence so will have to take the advice of my vets. However, what I can say positively about the product is that it arrived quickly was well packaged and I like the flat container as it goes through the letterbox, and the tablets were easy to dispense - I followed the clear dosage instructions and they were easily crushed and put into the food. My dog ate them without any objection. I would say these are definitely worth a try as the ingredients seem widely used for bladder issues and my dog may have had a sensitivity to something in there that another dog wouldn't and it just irritated her where another dog may not have that issues. I suppose like with any supplement or conventional medicine what suits one may not suit all, hence I have kept a mid range score as I can't confirm whether the product, had I been able to continue with it, would have positively helped the bladder condition.

My 6m old pup came down with a uti and was peeing every few minutes. Antibiotics aren’t great for canine uti’s and cause all kinds of other issues, so I wanted to try something natural first. I ordered these on the morning these issues started, they arrived early eve and my pup had her first dose just before bed. By the following afternoon she was back to normal! Cheaper and more effective than a trip to the vet and better for pups health.

After reading reviews on these I decided to buy these for my 12 year old Border collie and they have definitely worked as reviews said they would. I definitely recommend them I've bought them on consecutive months with great affect to dog
