It Works!
It works! All you do is take 2 pills daily, and drink plenty of water. I think it is a great value for the price. I am on my 3rd bottle and I have lost 45 lbs, so far. I do believe I have a lot more energy too.

Like this better than coffee or energy drinks
When I get tired or have too much to do, I look for an energy boost. I don't like the taste of coffee and I don't trust energy drinks. I think I notice a little more energy.

Helps wake me up
I take up two of these first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It doesn't say how much caffeine is in these. I know they contain some because it helps knock the rain fog and dust off in the morning. I don't get jittery or feel like they're loaded with caffeine. They are assisting in my weight loss journey. I've been taking these for a couple of weeks and I can see a difference around my midsection.

My sister was really wanting to try these so I knew I had to get them. She hasn't been taking them long enough to see anything just yet but hopefully with consistency and changing her eating, she will see some sort of benefit.
