It took me a minute to figure out the control, but once I did, this has worked very well in my kitchen. I really look forward to using it the winter months for my sourdough, since I keep the house at about 65 degrees. The rack keeps the container from direct contact with the box. The zipper seems sturdy, and the whole box seems well made. I don't usually like to review many products soon after purchase because I want time to make sure they hold up and because so many items are so poorly made. But this seems to be a good product.

This bread proofer keeps dough at the right temperature and helps ensure even rises, making baking so much easier. The digital controls are simple, and the clear window lets me check progress without losing heat. One thing to note: if you try to extend the timer past 12 hours, it won’t maintain temperature—but unplugging and plugging it back in solves that easily. For the price, it’s a solid option for home bakers.

This proofer makes it easier to proof bread in the winter. Like that it folds flat to about 1" thick, which is easy to store. Good value.

Works well at this high altitude. Plug in and let it heat up and it’s ready to use. Works well

I ordered this in July and tried to use it August 24,2025. It’s been too hot to bake but yesterday I wanted to try it and I was so excited to give it a go.The time/temperature control is not working. Even following the instructions on how to operate it, and several tries yielded no success. I checked all of the connections and all were connected snugly. I so wanted to give this 5 stars, but I can’t get it to work. So disappointed.**customer service reached out quickly and a resolution has been reached.

This worked better than expected. I fit 2 loaf pans of rye bread and got a very good rise. The water pan is not very deep and is easy to spill or overflow so you have to be careful, but it is shallow to fit under the provided metal grate to avoid taking space. I might try a deeper pan if it fits but the provided pan is useable if you're careful.

Worked one time. Sent it back.
