Paper margin adjustment is the only difference I can see.

It comes with a transformer. It is a great machine!

Q: Hello i have 11x17 sheets construction plans i am looking bind on the 11inch end. could i bind 200 to 300 pages with this machine?

Yes, but you have to punch only 10-12 pages at a time. I bind 200+ pages all of the time and it takes a while to punch them all but works well. The spiral binding also needs to be for 200-300 pages with room to turn. I use the smaller setting even for that many pages (otherwise the pages are hard to turn).

Q: When mine arrived one of the pins was stuck in the up position, I can’t get it to engage. How do I fix this?

I would suggest that you contact the seller to see if they can replace it. Or contact the manufacturer. Seems like it is a flaw.
