I'd say the syrup/honey is lighter than in a true stroopwafel.

I've listed the ingredients here. I take two waffles and put a little pnut better between them like a sandwich. That way I get more protein along with the carbs from the waffle. Not too bad. It doesn't crumble when I put them in my back pocket in a plastic zip lock. Organic wheat flour, palm fruit oil, rice syrup, cane sugar, honey, soy flour, sea salt, soy lecithin, spices, baking soda. All items are organic per the packaging. Tasty. Not heavy on my stomach.

Q: Do i cook the egg and bread separately?

Yes of course..these are mini snack waffles ready to eat..

箱破れワッフルも粉々になっていいるのがありました。

外箱は綺麗でしたが、開けてみると箱やぶれと1枚づつ包装されている3枚のワッフルが粉々になっていました。状態を確かる為、開けてしましましたので、返却は致しませんが、とても残念でした。
