This is a great pan for making small "loaves" of bread
The metal this is made from is nice and heavy so it's strong and doesn't flex when removing the small loaves. I did not grease the pan and when I emptied the loaves from the pan all it took was a little shake and they fell out easily. I wanted this to make a number of small loaves of bread or cake to share with people and it is perfectly suited to doing that. The finish on the pans is shiny and seems like it will be durable.

This is a pan your grandchildren will inherit....and use!
Word of caution: You will want to buy every product made by USA Pan. I purchased this to make mini banana bread loaves. It's not the cheapest non-stick solution out there, but if you're looking to avoid toxic teflon, the proprietary silicone-based, non-toxic (BPA, PTFE, PFOA-free) coating used on this pan will make your baking experience a dream. The loaves pop right out with barely a stuck crumb to be seen. In fact, the pan looks like it wasn't even used! Having the right tool for the job is crucial. This pan, as well as others I subsequently purchased (I couldn't help myself), are built like little tanks. The pan has a wide rim with wavy texture, making it so easy to grab from a hot oven, as well as beautiful to behold. Don't even think twice about buying this pan. This kind of quality in bakeware is rare, in my experience. And it's made in the USA!

USA pans are the best.
USA pans are the absolute best product I have ever used. I will never buy another brand. They make my other pans look like garbage. The key with these pants is not to spray them with anything - just let them sit for a few seconds and the food will fall out when you turn it upside down. I have been using USA for years and I will not use anything else.

Great pan
This pan is great for making small patties or brownies. It washes up well. It is a good size and feels commercial. I do use a little olive oil spray but nothing sticks. Easy to clean. The picture is turkey patties I make for various meals.

Great baking experience, and results are so cute!
Perfect little loaf pan. It's very sturdy, has endured a lot of batches since I got it with no breakdowns and no drop in performance. It browns everything very evenly, and the surface is SO smooth! Beautiful results, and an intriguing display item if you have shelf space to show it off to other bakers. I gave it 4/5 for ease of cleaning simply because rectangular bakeware is a little tricky, not because of anything wrong with the pan. 10/10 would recommend!

Love This Mini Loaf Panel Pan!
I finally used this pan after having it in my pantry for over a month. I made a zucchini bread recipe and put about 3/4 cups of batter in each well. (yes I had leftover dough and used an old mini loaf pan for the remaining dough). I did LIGHTLY grease the bottom only of the wells, followed by a LIGHT dusting of flour (I've had the usual and customary problems with "non stick" bakeware and couldn't afford to take a chance today). Next time around I will try pouring batter into completely bare wells. I let the pans cool until I could hold the ends with my bare hands and did the usual protected flip over. Two of the loaves stuck a little but only because the batter rose to the outer seam of the well. I loosened those pieces with a knife and the loaves dumped out perfectly. This is a good thing, and I'm being extremely critical because I sell these loaves. P.S. while I was writing this review, my old silicone "non stick" batch of loaves was cooling. When the time came and I dumped the silicone "non stick" batch, I compared the two batches. The silicone batch had pieces of bread stuck to the sides of the silicone pan, and they were just not as clean looking. Although it produced larger (not by much) loaves, the silicone loaf pan is now in the trash. I need perfect loaves to sell.

USA Pan makes my favorite bakeware. I've been slowly replacing all my other baking pans with USA Pan because they bake so nicely and clean up easily. I use this pan to divide up a standard quickbread loaf recipe so I can easily freeze or gift some. It's great. 10/10

Good pan
Good quality pan. I dont use it much but when I do bake mini-loafs or bars it's really handy. The quality is top notch, though it may be a little overpriced.

I had bought the same a while ago and was really pleased with it. Made a second order and the product was definitely used and as shown in the picture above, there was rust in quite a number of places. How can Amazon sell such damaged and used product?

I can't say enough good things about this pan. I have always had trouble baking large loaves plus it's so hard to give away a whole loaf after smelling it baking (I bake for others a lot)! So I thought I'd see what all the fuss was about mini loaves. Make a bunch, keep one or two and give away the rest. I chose this pan to try them out, used a simple sweet potato bread recipe. And omg it's amazing. Perfect even baking, no burnt or hard edges. Fully baked loaves in the middle and incredibly cute looking mini loaves. I greased the pan with butter and just cut little rectangles of parchment for the very bottom of each well. The release was very easy. I ran a plastic knife around the edges a couple of minutes after taking out of the oven. Then waited about 5 minutes before tipping them out. Piped on a little white chocolate ganache and sprinkled with white sanding sugar to take them to gifting level. So very cute and so very easy. Easy shape to pack too. I just ordered a second one so I can make 16 loaves at a time. This year everyone on my baking list is getting mini loaves for Christmas! The possibilities are endless -- chocolate with chocolate ganache and crushed candy cane, vanilla with little buttercream rosettes swirled on top for birthday loaves, earl gray with lemon glaze, mini pound cakes ... I cannot wait to get back in the kitchen with this pan. This is a "where have you been all my life pan?" for sure.

This pan is perfect for fruit and nut crisps. Most recipes make 8 perfect little loaves. They slid out easily with just cooking spray. It’s easy to clean so far. I have also used it to make knotted cinnamon buns. They come out in adorable rectangles. Something a little different from your normal round cinnamon buns. I can see they will also be good for individual cakes at a dinner or buffet; instead of slicing a big cake at the table
