I recently discovered that willow bark is the main active ingredient in all natural acne products. I use this willow bark as a natural acne treatment. Unfortunately, my skin type is oily, sensitive, irritable and acne prone. I’ve used in the past on both white heads and cystic acne with great results. At night, I simply put three drops on my finger, and I apply it directly to a pimple, and the next day the pimple begins to get smaller, within 2-5 days the pimple is totally gone. The downside is that it burns a little bit when you put it on, but it does not irritate the skin. Also, the willow bark is brown and smells weird, but you can reduce that by simply adding a few drops onto your own face lotion, but avoid your eye area when applying. Adding the willow bark to your favorite face lotion also works well as a daily acne treatment. My perfect acne solution is 1 pump of nature’s gate fragrance free lotion, a drop of nature’s answer vegetable glycerin, a drop of jojoba oil, and three drops of this willow bark. PROS: - Works great at getting rid of white heads and cystic acne. - Can be applied directly onto acne without irritation. - Adding a few drops of willow bark to your favorite face lotion turns your face lotion into a daily acne treatment. CONS: - Has a really weird brown color and it smells weird. - Burns a little bit when applying it to acne, but it does not irritate the skin. Country of Origin: USA

it works for my minor aches and pains but was not strong enough for my husbands really bad joint pain. I think willow bark pills might be stronger?
