Has anyone tried cold-stratifying these seeds?

Yes, and they didn't seem to grow, although I am looking at a few things which are probably weeds. My guess is that either the grower has only female plants, or the seeds are being irradiated in transit ( sent as beads not seeds )

Has anyone who has purchased these seeds had any success in germinating them?

none of these seeds germinated.
