Amazing fit and feel.I thought the thickness would be a problem, but it really doesn't feel thick while wearing.I needed the compression while healing from a giant hematoma on my knee that developed after patella surgery. (Just one of those 'complications' they mention before hand).My surgeon told me to not use open knee or patella ring type sleeve, so those I returned immediately.I ordered this sleeve after researching it (#1 on several top 10 lists) and reading the reviews.I measured my leg as instructed and bought the XXL.All the other knee sleeve types had me at XL to 2XL.(The other one I wear comfortably is an XL).I also need my knee wrapped at night, and this was PERFECT!The only time I notice the side stays is if I feel it with my hand. It honestly doesn't feel like anything is there.If you need gentle, steady compression, this is it!It may be one of the pricier ones, but well worth it.No more ordering and returning. Done

I’ve only had this a couple days, but it feels great on my 15 yr old knee replacement! I wore it a few hours each day with no problem, no slippage at all or bunching up behind knee, cool as can be and it’s the first knee sleeve I could wear comfortably under my pants! I actually forgot I was wearing it and was able to walk better than normally! I have a bad hip and severe scoliosis on that same side, and having my poor old knee being more stable , less swollen and actively good for tendons and muscles, is a huge help! You get what you pay for!

The Incrediwear is a game changer for me. I have many compression sleeves for my knee that just compressed and didn't do anything to correct my knee. Whatever is used in the Incrediwear knee sleeve makes my knee feel better. I like it, it works well. It's not bulky. I most likely will be purchasing another in the near future.

The size chart was good for me, although I was hesitant to order an XXL. Fits well and stays in place for the most part. It may slide down 1/2 inch or so over a period of hours, which is tolerable.I fear the side "stabilizers" are going to cause issues down the road. They are, after just a couple of days, bending in some strange ways. I would like a version of this sleeve that did NOT have them; I don't see how they add any value to the product.I would describe this sleeve as a snug-fitting knee warmer. Does it have magical powers? No, it does not, but it feels comfortable for all-day wear. Is it worth the money? Only you can decide, but my suspicion is that if cost is a major concern for you, you might be disappointed. On the other hand, if you are willing to pay for something to provide comfortable warmth you can wear all day, then you may well appreciate this item.

I’m 72 years old and I’ve had osteoarthritis in my knees for years. I have used compression sleeves, gotten countless injections, and often had to use a cane to walk. I’m not a scientist, so I can’t speak to the validity of their semiconductor technology, however, since using these sleeves, my knee pain has nearly disappeared. I was using a cane, handicapped parking, and was seriously considering knee replacement surgery. I’m now running/walking 5 miles a day, and don’t think about my knees anymore. It may not be totally due to the sleeves, but I have zero doubt that the sleeves are a major factor.

ACL partial tare. PT suggested I wear this to increase healing / decrease inflammation. I need to pull it back up ever 45-60minThis would be 4-5 stars if it didn’t fall down so muchI’ll keep wearing it, for the benefits but I don’t LOVE this product. It’s ok.P.S. I got 2 to alternate between them. This seems to help keep it tighter over time. I also can wash one and wear the other. After the wash it retains some of it tightness too.

Following the suggested method of measuring and size chart gave me the perfect size. It is it worn on bare skin but I use it over my nylons. My first use has been during a 5 hour drive with myself as the driver for a vacation. It was comfortable the entire time of driving. Believing it will be much easier to walk once I get to my destination. It gave me the needed support just prior to beginning the road trip. If it continues to work well, I plan to purchase a second one for my other knee.

I needed a knee sleeve for my torn meniscus. This is the most comfortable knee sleeve I tried so far. I bought several other brands on Amazon, some even more expensive ones, and had to return them all. I even became concerned that Amazon will mark me as a frequent returner! But I was determined to find what I can wear comfortably but still have a benefit of compression and support. This sleeve felt great from the very beginning. Definitely helped to reduce pain and swelling. I bought XXL because my measurements fell in-between XL and XXL, and it fit perfectly.
