So far so good. I have only been taking these for a few days and I see a good improvement with my stool.

There are lots of writings about using this as a base for yogurt.. but since I have not had the time to do that.. I have just been letting them dissolve in water and drinking them and I really feel a difference.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Easy to take and seems to help gut sensitivity. Note that this is not the strain that is reported to promote lower cholesterol, so if that is your goal look for strain L. reuteri NCIMB 30242. As the latter also helps with gut, I may change products.
