Best protein available. 14 years taking this product and I’ve tried all them starting with Joe Weider 25 years ago that would make a goat vomit, MetRX white box, EAS, Myoplex, Dymatize, and a dozen others. There’s a negative comment here from George who apparently, has no clue whatsoever regarding sunflower lecithin. This is not a seed oil produced with hexane at high temperatures and bleached etc. like those you should avoid. do your homework before steering people away from a product that is everything it claims to be. Sunflower lecithin is added to protein powders as a natural emulsifier to improve mixability, creating a smoother, clump-free texture when dissolved in water or milk. It is a non-GMO alternative to soy lecithin, valued for its antioxidant properties and as a source of choline, which supports brain health.

NutriBio Whey Protein Isolate powder 5-lbs. I use this protein powder for smoothies and meal replacement. You have to use a blender and cold water to get it mixed right, blend a couple of minutes. I was using another competitor protein powder, MetRx protein powder packets, they discontinued that product, so this was a good option. The sugar content is not listed on the nutrition facts. The thickness is good, but you may need to use 2 servings to get the right amount of protein. The price is fair for the amount of product you get, lasts a couple months. It's advertised as a clean protein and I agree with that based upon results of using the product. Good for your healthy lifestyle to build muscle. I like it. The taste is very good. Vanilla Alpine.
