Q: There are some dissatisfied reviews here due to the quality of the thermos. How do you explain these? Like missing spoon, leaking, food not warm?

My granddaughter didnt have any of these issues with her. I bought it for her in August and she still is using it now and never complained about it.

Q: Is there a vent the kids need to release before opening?

I gave it to my granddaughter who is 6 and her mom said she didn’t have any issues opening it. No vent. She used it for macaroni and cheese.

Q: What snack time food do you guys pack in this? I'm new at this, this is for my 1st grader who does get hot lunch at school. Inspire me pls
