Fantastic in the kitchen, makes the best home made jerky I’ve had! So much space, with 12 trays and has a door that just opens with a little pull. The controls and temperatures are very easy to understand and great for anyone. Works with fruits, vegetables and meats to make jerky. Very easy to clean after use, trays are removable and has a nice drip tray at the very bottom.

Small but efficient

I returned this product for another similar appliance that does air frying and baking as well as dehydrating. This dehydrator is an excellent machine, makes a load of food and takes little space on the counter, so I was really happy with it but wanted more. It is very quiet, easy to use, and comes with everything you need. Very little heat comes out of the door so it doesn't heat up the room and I wasn't worried leaving it run all night. Made wonderful blueberry fruit leather and the kale chips were incredible!

Had this dehydrator for about a month. So far I have done a lot of herbs, some beef jerky and fruit leather. The machine has a lot of room with many shelves and a lot of extras too. I have had two other dehydrators in the past 20 years and none of them has worked nearly as well as this one. It dries so quickly, it is very quiet and I am very impressed with it so far. It works very well, is definitely worth the extra money to get the one. I love the design and ease of use.

I just purchased two. First thing I do is fill out my warranty. Imagine my disbelief when I realized that there is no real warranty. Oh sure...It's mentioned in broken verbiage printed on the supposed manual that mostly makes no sense. But to be clear, there is no warranty. Zero. None. Why? Because there is no contact information for this product. Nowhere on any of the gibberish nonsense literature provided is there contact information. No address. No customer service phone number. No website. Not even an email address. Zippo. Nadda. Nothing. Now, why would that be? Packing them up and sending them back.
