My sister suggested using Magnesium cream to help me sleep, but her brand of choice was too expensive, plus the reviews were not as many as BetterYou Magnesium Sleep Body Lotion. From the first night I've been a huge fan. This really works. I've realized that playing on my phone with the blue light keeps me from getting a good sleep, as does eating sugar before bedtime. So now my routine is putting down the phone at least an hour before bedtime, and enjoying a cup of chamomile tea along with massaging BetterYou Magnesium lotion into my feet. Not only am I sleeping better and longer in the morning, but I think the lovely scent is also working on my husband and my cats. Yep. No more midnight romps across my pillow. I highly recommend.

If you have just shaved your legs...beware of the pain that may occur. I'm not sure if anyone else had this particular problem, but just in case, I'm sharing my warning. It worked just fine a day after shaving when I had first used it. But, I shaved my legs the next day, used it an hour later...it stung so bad, I had to wash it off QUICK, good thing I only did a small section. But when it came down to it...I picked hairy legs and still use the lotion.

This product is good for me. I sleep better when I use it. It’s not greasy and has a nice scent that is not overwhelming. I would prefer that they offer it in a tube instead of the bottle with the pump.

It kilns of burns when you apply it. I don’t think I have any open wounds so I believe is the lotion that makes my skin on my hands, neck and chest burn. Sort of when you cut yourself and get salt or lemon on your cut by accident .The smell is not too pleasant. It does have a bit of k look atender smell and something else.I don’t think it has helped me fall sleep any faster. Maybe I have to use it continuously fir a week or two? Not sure.

The media could not be loaded. I love the smell it’s gray. It does really help when you put it on the places that hurt like I put it on my back and my knees. Do not put it on the bottom of your feet. They will like cause it to crack like do not do it but otherwise like this Cream does provide like instant relief of pain. I mean it doesn’t last forever in the morning if I still have a little pain, it will be there, but I love it.

I bought this hoping it would help me sleep, and it did. I only used it twice and unfortunately I either had an allergic reaction to it or I'm very sensitive to it. If you have sensitive skin, beware. This rash sucks, it burns and itched. I'm hoping it clears up after a few days. Unfortunately I need to return this product as clearly my skin cannot handle it. Yes, I did get bumps on my legs as well. I got bumps everywhere I put it. Be careful with this stuff.

I try everything to help me sleep and rarely have success. Decided to give this a try based on reviews and it having a pump rather than having to squeeze. It certainly has helped me sleep better. But the lotion itself feels gritty and leaves residue on your hands and body parts. The worst part which outweighs the goodness, two months of nightly use and I discovered the bottom of my feet are super dry and cracked, which I have never had any issues with my feet or skin being dry. For me, not worth it anymore because after scrubbing my feet they are now in pain and the boost in sleep can be found elsewhere without these side effects

Works great! I found out about the bar soap after using this for a month. So does the bar soap placed at your feet under the sheet while sleeping
