The sugar total was incorrect on the first printing. There are 0 grams of sugar.

A quick google search has stated that the difference between A1 and A2 is that A1 forms Histidine amino acid while A2 forms Proline amino acid. Looking at the label there is a total of sum of 3196mg of both Histidine and Proline with 746mg (23.3%) being from A1 and therefore 76.7% from A2. I’m probably making some large assumptions but this is my best guess without becoming an expert.

Q: Is this really thick like pudding?

When you blend it alone with a liquid like milk or water, then yes it is kind of thick. Not pudding thick, more like a melting smoothie kind of thick.This can be good though. The powder blends very well with some milk or water and berries, making a thicker smoothie without the need for ice cream or some other thickening agent. Plus the flavor blends in easily.Hope this helps (:

Since this question has not been answered can we assume that this powder is 100% A1 casein ? promix states at least the ration of A2 to A1 (75% / 25%)
