Individually wrapped For freshness. Very expensive but these were the cheapest I could find. Had to leave in longer than the recommended two minutes but tasted really good.

Nothing special about this tea.I was looking forward to feel a strong bergamot taste or at least smell, but not much what I expected after the previous comments.About 20 years ago the Lipton’s Earls Grey was amazing with strong bergamot and that was the best.I’m glad I didn’t buy more than a box.
