Great quality product! I was afraid that it would be too big because I have very thin ankles but it fit like a glove! And it's stretchable, so it's easy to put in. Holding a grip and protecting ankles.

I use it to protect my feet and shin area when climbing the pole. It's very tacky and works well. The stitching looks fragile though so not sure how long this will last or whether it's even washable. I only use it at home and for short periods. XS fits well. I'm 5'1" 92 lbs with average muscular calves.

I ordered an Xs(extra small) simply because I have tiny feet and ankles (child size) and the ankle supporters were comfortable. Haven't had them for long but they're holding up. I will definitely recommend this item to a friend.
