Q: I plugged my usb cord in and it doesn’t work. And I don’t understand if something wrong? How does this work exactly??

The USB cord needs to be plugged into an external source of power, such as a power adaptor. There is no power in the actual cord. You will need an external source (such as T-CORE USB C Portable Charger 22.5W PD20000M,one of The Smallest and Lightest 10000mAh External Battery Ultra-Compact). You charge that and connect it to the cord in your backpack, where it will be ready if you need it! Hope this helps!

Q: Cleaning instructions? Coffee was spilled on the top and straps and can see a stain and smell the spill. Ok to machine was on gentle?

I spilled coffee in mine I just used oxiclean spray and scrub and it worked. I would probably wash mine but not dry it.

Q: Is it possible to disable the usb port?

There is a way to turn the USB port to an off position if you remove any connected cords on both ends of the connectors.
