Q: Will these pleat hooks work w/ curtain round rings?

Not well. These hooks do not stay in place well,as they have no " grabbers" on the pin. They worked,but kept falling out while trying to place on rod. If ur rod is round an larger than an inch in diametr, u will have to bend each pin.

Q: Will these hooks create a pleat on curtains that do not have a pleat?

yes, I watched a couple of YouTube on how to do...there a variety of methods for different looks.

They can if they are pinched pleat curtains also with tabs on back.

Any curtain rod. These are curtain pleat hooks that goes in curtain pleats and then on rings and then on any rod. These hooks gives curtains a high-end pinch pleat look.
