FEL-PRO VS 50614 R Engine Valve Cover Gasket Set for Honda CR-V

I finally installed this today in my 2007 Honda Accord 2.4L. The package came w/6 valve cover bolt grommets & 4 spark plug tube seals. Installed/fit as expected with no issues. I like the blue gasket because it's easy to see if seats correctly when the valve cover reinstalled. It did fit snug in the valve cover. The only question mark is durability. I'll update this review if there's an issue with that. I would by this again based on my installation experience.

Fit great for my CRV. Great option and cheaper than the OEM gasket.

I think it’s been a year since I installed these on my 4Runner. No issues so far so it’s a good product.

Seems like a good alternative. No leaks and came with everything that was pictured. Honda dealership charges around $180 for this kit which is ridiculous. Make sure to triple check the spark plug tube seals are facing the correct way when installing, use RTV only where specified and use correct torque sequence/pattern.

This is a great high quality product. You really have to take your time with the spark plug well rubbers. Thiers and extra rubber that fits in front of the actual rubber that gives it a nice seal. I wasn't sure if I was doing it right at first but, pay attention to the rubber at the top of the spark plug whole while tightening the valve cover down and use your finger to push the rub er around the spark plug well. Perfect snug fit!!

Instalei no meu civic si no fim de julho/2025 e nesta segunda semana de dezembro/2025 os anéis de vedação das velas romperam e causou falha no motor, paguei guincho…com isso o óleo foi parar na bobina , encharcando-a, gerando falha no motor. Resultado: queimou uma bobina ! O que houve???? Pensei que essa marca Fel-pro fosse de boa durabilidade! Detalhe: meu mecânico é especializado em Honda.

Tuve problemas con otras marcas, pero con esta dejo de tirar aceite, con las otras siempre quedaba filtración.

Over the years , I have used several brands of engine gaskets. I have found that some were just ok. Fel-Pro gaskets were superior. The fit and finish was very good. Given a choice , I will use nothing else.
