I actually do feel something nice from this. I make it into an ice cream soda by blending hemp milk into foam, and then adding a couple of dropfulls of L Theanine and Lions Mane. It tastes lovely and decadent but has hardly any calories and is awakening yet relaxing with a subtle feeling of unhurried calm.

Delicious- not too sweet and very relaxing. I’ve tried several Kava drinks… this brand, Melo, is definitely the best.

I wanted to try Kava as an alcohol alternative. First time I had two of these I had eaten a little bit about two hours before. I didn't notice any effects. I read you're supposed to have a completely empty stomach. I went ten hours without eating. Still no effects.The taste isn't bad though.

I drink kava all the time and then enjoy it a lot. I got these to take to the baseball games when everyone is drinking but holy smokes they knocked me out! They hit me like a ton of bricks at 3pm I couldn't keep my eyes open!! They also gave me horrible horrible nightmares. I even gave some to my husband and his sister and they both had vivid nightmares 😭 not sure why since we all drink kava but for the price it's not worth it. You can't enjoy it because you will be sleeping in 5 mins! I have a brand on IG sending me a pr package so if they do the same we will no.. I'll update later

I’ve always enjoyed the earthy taste of kava, so the Banana Cream flavor was the perfect addition. Kava definitely has an acquired taste but the banana cream adds a smooth, mellow twist. I also love that it’s zero calories, vegan, and doesn’t feel heavy at all. It’s quickly become one of my favorite ways to sip and unwind.

First time I have ever had kava and it did have a relaxing effect on me. The flavor was not too bad either. I would definitely recommend these drinks

Weird but not unappealing taste. Didn't notice any calming or relaxing effect, even after two cans. Tried it on successive evenings, as some say that kava needs a cumulative effect. It was an interesting novelty, but while the taste was pleasant, it wasn't good enough to buy again at the price point

I have never experienced kava before trying this drink. You definitely get earthy notes at first then you taste the creamy banana. After 1 can I felt relaxed and calm, especially after a rough day. The feeling was reminiscent the feeling you get from a glass of wine. It is a little pricey for only 6 cans, but i have definitely spent more on fine wine and spirits.
