This is great - took about 35 mins to put together - pretty easy - esp. coz I made my husband do it lol.Works great so far - very sturdy and well worth the price

Time consuming but easy to put together. I have been feeding it waste from the kitchen for 2 weeks now.

So far, so great, it has been an excellent composer. I do agree with many of the other reviews that indicated that it is not as easy to assemble as you would think. The directions are straightforward however, getting the pieces to lineup correctly can be difficult and frequently the nuts that are preinstalled pop off. They are easy to put back in, but does make assembly take longer.

As I read about several compost bins, the write-up stated it's easy to put together - only takes 10 minutes -so I bought it.It took two of us to figure out exactly how it had to go together and feel our way to the final assembly. Clearly there had to have been a misprint in the description because it took two hours and ten minutes. Still, if I decide to buy a second unit, I'll get another one. I think the construction of the parts results in a well-made that I believe will last for many years.

This compost bin is a hit with my kids! It was not easy to assemble since the one we received had a bunch of stripped screws we had to replace, but it would have had it come with intact screws. So far we are two days in and it’s very easy to use. It’s also the perfect height for toddlers to help out! Excited to see what the product composted is in a few weeks.

2 of the "pre-installed" nuts were missing, and although some extra hardware was included I am still one nut short. Compost bin was more difficult to assemble than expected. .

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Ease of assembly.It does the job, if you know what you're doing. I did not know what I was doing so my compost will take longer. Product appears to function as intended, despite user error.

Compost bin went together very quickly. It is massive. Much bigger than I thought. So far it seems ok. There are a few holes for venting that I wish had screening over them. I am expecting the roaches to make their way in soon. Other than that I like the two bins and the ability to rotate the whole thing.
