大根やにんじんなどの皮だけでなく トマトなどの柔らかいモノノ皮もちゃんと剥ける トマトやリンゴの皮を剥くときは 包丁で皮を剥くように手前に剥くようにするといい

これまで普通の引くタイプのＴ字型ピーラーを使ってましたが、これは丸いものの皮むきに威力あり。無駄にむきたくなっちゃいます。

縦型は縦型の良さがある
りんごは包丁のように持って剥くと、スルスル剥けて気持ちいいです。手前から向こう側に剥くこともできるし、縦型の良さかなと思います。 見た目も良いです。 剥いた表面がギザギザになってしまうので、気になることもあります。

使いやすい
こういうシンプルな皮剥きが一番使いやすい。ブランド品なので耐久性も抜群です。おっさんでも簡単にジャガイモ、ニンジンの皮剥きが出来ます。カレー作るなら必須です。
