Q: How does this compare to odouds and anchors?

It's a great medium hold. It's shine is not too strong, and the smell is pleasant. It also conditions, which is a plus over the other brands.

Q: does your hair get hard like suavecito? i dont like gel type pomadez

This one isn't a "gel" type. It's more waxy than anything. It doesn't get hard, but it does get a little dry as the day wears on. None of that "helmet" business like suavetico, though.

i have a wavy hair and for me this pomade hold ok....For me imperial is the best

Not unless you put gobs of it on, or leave it in for days. Day 3 was when I noticed it feeling greasy...otherwise it just felt like a wax pomade.
