Do these stay flexible when they're frozen?

No they have to thaw a bit first

Are they covered in fabric

No it is more of a plastic/fabric like. Not really plastic but not really fabric, sort of a combo.

Has anyone compared these to another brand? I'm wondering fi they stay cold for just as long as other ones. Thank you!
