Definitely works! Used this every day coupled with a cheap pack of silicone drain covers in our shower tub and bathroom sinks and within three days the gross drain flies were gone. Buying a second bottle to use once a week to ensure they stay gone as the company suggests! Love that this is non toxic and smells like citronella rather than terrible chemicals and pesticides in my house. Easy to use and def didn’t use 8 full oz per drain as the instructions say and it still worked.

It takes more than one application but after two applications I noticed only a couple of flies and purchased another bottle to cover all the drains in the house. Before I could start on the second bottle the flies were gone. This year they returned but only a very few flies. I immediately started using the product, those flies never swarmed as was usual during their season. I’m very pleased and order this product yearly as a preventive. I have yet to experience another swarm and have only a couple of flies at the beginning of their season.This stuff works!!!

I live in Florida and we have fruit flys that will appear in 1 day. This does work but follow directions. Best to do right before bed as most fly are in drain. I do have to repeat a few times to kill all.

This product worked great in my apartment! No more fruit and drain flies! I also found the smell to be mild and not too overwhelming.

I used this stuff for over a week and saw NO change, the smell was making me sick YUCK.I then did bleach for three days and hot water which helped better than this stuff. The problem with this I learn quickly by doing much searching for something that works, that bleach was bad or hard on your pluming, then and now I am simply just using boiling hot water that was advised by another review. It was stated to do this many times a day for a week. I have been doing this 4x's a day, morning, afternoon, evening and before going to bed (being consistent) no less than 3x's a day. it's now 6 days and I haven't seen any in the last two days. Although I have not let my guards down because first, how much these flies were driving me crazy, beating me to my food, NASTY. Also my guard is still up high because of knowing how often they lay eggs, my hope is to get any and all that may have not come out. I also have been using the VEYOFLY TRAPS, but keep in mind that's only to catch the ones that do come out, I had that as well a small cup of vinegar and a drop of dish liquid both were an excellent help to catch. My trap and vinegar caught many (vinegar must have very little dish liquid. This is what I first started with. Since using boiling water, there have been less and less on the trap and none in the vinegar. I don't want to just go on and on, but there was a reason why I haven't used Drano, though I seriously not done yet (not comfortable). I still keep my drains closed. And I will continue using the boiling water until at least a week of nothing on the traps or in sight. I will then try to remember to flush my drain at least once a week for my comfort. Oh and for three days (1x in the day) I poured a little vinegar over my drain cover, with the hope some would seep in before I opened the drain to pour in the hot water. Just a little and only 3x's, wasn;t sure if this was harsh on the pluming, but it sure to help, from any escaping for I getting my water down. I sure do hope this helps some one, if they feel the way I feel about these annoying bugs, which made it worth my time to do the work. I can relax better when eating now.

Ordered in the morning August 16th, surprised to see same day delivery as I live outside city limits. I removed the shower drain and scrubbed it with a long, narrow brush. It was filthy. Read the directions, installed product. Massive numbers of drain flies in our bathroom the first day. I was concerned. I asked chatGPT if that's normal. The ai assured me that it was, that I was disrupting their reproductive business, but that the product doesn't kill flying insects. I vacuumed up drain flies by the hundreds on August 17th. On August 18th, the date of this review, I have no drain flies.

Outstanding product. In addition to be a great product for fighting fruit flies, this liquid cleans your pipes 10 times better then any drain cleaning product I have ever used. Now that's value!
