So I've been taking this since the 9th of June 2025. And I have to say, I've noticed some big changes. I was like skeptic about all of this, but I tried it I think I'm on my third week maybe. But I have noticed that my bloating has gone away, I've noticed that I'm becoming more regular on the bowel movements. I've noticed that I am falling asleep better. I've noticed that I haven't had allergies like I normally do every year around this time. I do feel like it cleans you out so it does make you feel a little sick. But not in a bad way more like a headache or stomach ache. I did get online to research that and it talked about it being normal because it is building up your immune system. And it's also regulating the lining of your stomach. It is worth the money to me. The sizes of the supplements are good and easy to swallow. To me it works it's effective I like the ingredients. Yes I do burp the taste of oregano or black seed oil. But I don't mind it because I see that it's working I've also noticed that the eczema on my body has reduced a lot. The eczema inside my ear canal has also reduced and it's actually clearing up on its own. Which is amazing because I've lived with constant itch in my ear going on 16 years. So far I like everything that this product has given me. I also noticed that I've cut back on all the other supplements I was taking to help me regulate my stomach. So I do see a big change in me, I just wanted people to know that if they're looking for a product that works. I think it's strong I think it works and I think that anybody looking for a clean easy way to regulate their body, I suggest to use this.

I’m very impressed with this supplement. The combination of oregano oil and black seed oil is excellent. Since I started taking it, I’ve noticed improvements in my immune system and digestion. The softgels are smooth, easy to swallow, and don’t leave a bad aftertaste. I really like that it contains high concentrations of carvacrol and thymoquinone—something you don’t find in many other products. Plus, the bottle comes with 300 softgels, which is a great value. I’ll definitely keep buying it.

I have been taking this for almost 6 months now and the quality is very good. It is as big as an M&M and has the same smell as the oil. Very easy to swallow and very easy to use and has a good value for your money. I suggest taking 1 every morning and in a couple of weeks you will notice a difference in your body. I feel I can sleep better at night and I have more energy in the morning plus my vital signs (blood pressure and pulse rate) has improved

Since taking this I've notice my immune system has improved. I take two a day. The quality of this product compared to others I've taken is exceptional. You can taste the oregano after taste. Definitely recommend this product.

Ease to swallow good quality only problem I have it the burping of oregano. Constant taste of it

Works as expected. And I trust it is quality product - the oregano smell is very strong, and it warms you up about 30 mins after taking it lol. Do not take on an empty stomach. Lots of health benefits!! Will order again.

First off, I’m usually terrible at leaving Amazon reviews but this stuff is amazing! I started taking these about 2-3 weeks ago & have experienced nothing but good things. My sugar cravings are nearly gone, my stomach bloating is almost non existent, my rosacea is improved, my BM’s are more regular, & I’ve lost 10 lbs since starting them!For me, these have been a God send. I also take other supplements, so not sure if it’s a synergistic effect or what it is but I am glad to be feeling as many benefits as I am already.The taste does get to me some days. I just plug my nose to nix the taste and still take them though.

These Oil of oregano pills are small ( size of a Pistachio) gel form making it easy to swallow for kids and adults. The smell is rich. Be careful not to puncture a whole in it because the oil is quite bitter. But the quality of these little pills is really effective.
