Q: How do these hook up without a hot water tank?

this takes the place of a hot water tank. there are connections for the water and gas and one plug to an outlet. it heats the water as it passes through the unit.

Q: Can it run for 2 hours without stoping?

I have not run it 2 hours but it made it through 1 hour and with people flushing and turning on the sink.

Q: 2 questions. does the fan run continuously? Is there a 12v version? thanks
