Update: 7/15/2025Shortly after I posted my review and returned my unit, the company contacted me and sent me a free replacement, which I was told has had some improvements. This replacement seems to have fixed all of my issues. My new unit now works flawlessly, climbs the walls/inclines, picks up everything on the bottom of the pool, and does not do wheelies in the pool anymore. I would still proceed buying with caution, as there do seem to be some lemon versions of the product circulating. But I'm very happy to see that this company stands by its product, cares about their customers, and took action to make things right!----Initial review:Terrible pool cleaner. Had it in the pool for 40 mins before deciding to return. Not able to climb incline between deep end and low end(rectangular pool/vinyl liner), not able to climb walls, completely lost suction in 20 mins, kept doing the same areas of the pool over and over on “smart” mode, would occasionally do wheelies in the pool spreading all the dirt around, turns randomly seemingly trying to avoid dirt, and the hook broke after the first time taking it out of the pool. Had such high expectations based on all the positive advertising/reviews. Still perplexed by all the positive reviews on here, because I can’t say one positive thing about this product. Would give zero if I could. Beware does not work as advertised!

SCAM! it worked for 2 weeks and stopped.

It works, but just ok. It seems to keep missing the same spots every time .

I previously had a corded dolphin DX3 and thought this cordless might be better/easier to use. It did take a while to get used to the cordless- a bit of a hassle to take out and recharge. I like the ease of the nice large capacity filter basket. After we got used to it and learned some tips/tricks/settings adjustments (customer service is great at helping/troubleshooting) we are now able to keep our large L shaped pool clear and clean with it.
