Lovely, light hand held steamer, conplete with carry case and attachments, steamed perfectly but constantly dripped so had to return.

I bought this garment steamer for my sister who runs a B&B and she wants the rooms to look immaculate. It’s easy to use lightweight and with very simple instructions and interchangeable heads which you can use on clothes, curtains and bedding. It heats up quickly and leaves things crease free.

The product is exactly how it described on the web page. It is quite easy to use and convenient to store. It is a good product for a user like me who do not know how to use the usual iron.

This product is awful ! I used it a few times and it starts dripping badly. It is so dangerous that I am worried that I will get a electric shock !!! AVOID buying it for your safety !!!!!

THIS RESERVOIR IS USELESS, CARRIES HARDLY ANY WATER AND LEAKS QUICKER THAN YOU CAN USE THE MACHINE! AVOID! Replaced with the tefal handheld steamer also sold here on amazon, much much better!
