A bit tart but seems fine as a tea, not sure i felt any uti benefits

If you get the real nutraflow tea, it won't taste like black tea. Goldenseal tastes terrible. It's not as bad in a tea form though as a tincture, and I do think the tea works better than the tincture. However, every bag in the box I bought off Amazon has ripped because the bag was glued to the wrapper. It's not the end of the world, but it's makes the tea even less appealing to drink.The tea itself - mitigates a doctor's visit or the need for antibiotics when there's a flare up or infection starting which is awesome. It could be used supplementally if you have a full out infection - but not as a sole cure.

Each time I've had a pretty bad UTI, just drinking this once a day (without removing tea bag, and in a tall two cup mug) surprisingly helps manage the symptoms. Don't expect it to taste great though (especially if you leave the tea bag in) it is an herbal tea. By this point I've gotten used to it and don't mind since it's the main thing keeping me sane during these times haha.

It doesn’t taste good or bad in my opinion . The tea helps a lot.
