Perfect !!
Perfect size for thin gauge wire. Excellent solution for my project !!!

exactly as advertised
These worked perfectly to butt splice 18ga. wire I'm using in connection with installing low voltage under shelf led lighting. I initially started out making splices using crimp fit automotive type junctions and shrink wrap. It worked fine but was hugely time consuming. these work perfectly. close with pliers and you can feel each one click into place as it closes. much faster and easier and seem to have work perfectly - everything lit up when I was done.

Requires a fair bit of force to latch, no issues using slip-joint pliers on eight connectors.
Overall I'm satisfied with the functionality, and materials quality of these connectors. They are tough to close and latch, but pliers solve that problem, and the connectors didn't break or crack. I found that they are difficult to open if they should become latched without wires (and presumably if they had wires installed) My use-case was to install LEDs in electrical boxes eight feet high from a ladder. These connectors appeared to be simple, small, and would organize the (2) wires for each LED. The connectors were much harder to latch onto the wires than I expected, my efforts to use my hands to close and latch the connectors completely failed - I used pliers. That said, none of the connectors cracked or broke or showed any signs of stress. I suggest using slip-joint pliers that can focus the force evenly to reduce overall stress on the plastic. Because the connectors can be difficult to fully close and latch, you must take care that the latch clips are fully engaged. Sometimes they click, but mostly you need to examine the latch hook for proper engagement. I'm concerned about my choice to use these over crimp style connectors for my application. The connectors are now installed in exterior electrical boxes where it routinely gets to 110-115 degrees each summer. Will they degrade in that heat ? During installation I prepared my LEDs with pigtails, and hooked them up to one side of the connectors. Then in the electrical box I would pre-test the connector hookup by inserting the stripped feed wires into the previously assembled connector-LED unit. If the LED didn't light I could troubleshoot before committing to final hookup. Note that stripping the wires is not necessary, but with exposed wire I could test the electrical connection before committing to final hookup.

Worked first time
Thanks to several reviews, these connectors worked perfectly. I was connecting a cordless phone and needed to cut the power cord to fit it thru a hole in my desk. bought both this and the similar one that is already joined. Used this one first, and the phone is connected. Used other wire splicers before, usually single wire at a time. This one is great for 2 wire conductors, e.g. speakers, etc.

Not Very Useful and Not a Good Value
Basically, except for stripping the wires (that you supposedly do not have to do), you can achieve the same function with a couple of small wire nuts. The insulation displacement does not work very well. These are "cute" which means that they are very small and somewhat hard to use. The latches for the back either work too well or not well enough (depending on what you want them to do). For instance, if you accidentally latch the back of the connector before installing the wires, the 2 tiny latches grip and lock really well and are extremely awkward/difficult to unlatch. But, those same latches sometimes also refuse to lock at all when you have the wire inserted. I found them to be a good idea and I really wanted to use them for my project but there are better/easier/cheaper solutions to splicing a couple of small wires.

Hear a click it’s connected
The good- Small out of the way connector Clear swivel covers have wire guides to position the wire for a proper slice-in.. when cover tabs click in place, the wire is Connected.. Surprisingly ohm loss on a bridge is normal, but did not have any loss with these “?” this is a good thing.. The bad- Nothing to say here HaHaa

Great product. Super recommend.
These things are the bomb! I suck at soldering and I love these. Super easy to use. Make sure you insert the wire all the way in though. That was my fault a couple of times moving too fast. They don’t like to open once you snap them shut. Great product. Great price. Super recommend.
