Universal fit!
Great ladder rack. This rack is fully adjustable and worked great on my 2016 ram 2500. The instructions were clear and it was easy to install. Only take 1 person to install but way easier if you have two people. It offers great storage for multiple ladders and equipment. The front cross bar does make a sound at speeds over 35 but you can get a wind deflector that will fix the problem. 4/5 because of the sound. It looks great on my dodge ram and has held up to the elements. So far no rust.

Tips with assembly, nice rack…
So pretty straight forward this thing is sharp. The welds are okay and some fittings might not be perfectly flush but hey its a couple hundred bucks. I did not have too but i decided to drill one hole to secure the front as the bed rail ended before it could be flush.Tips for assembly:1. Don’t tighten anything down until you got the whole thing “dry” fitted on your truck.2. Get the the j bolts secure first then tighten down everyting. START with the medium size bolts or (L) in the instruction manual. And slowly get going. The last thing i tightened down where the big (K) 24mm bolts this is where i had to pull yhe rack and set up ratcheting with my foot to help make it level.3. Make sure for the inside of the rack, that BOLT HEADS ARE INSIDE AND SELF TIGHTENING NUT IS OK THE OUTSIDE. I changed mine out last night and flipped them around. Yeah it may not be the prettiest to flip em but its gonna hit the bolts if you dont.4. I put a 2x4 dead center of the truck to act as a leveling tool. As well i had a pocket level on yhe actual bar and that allowed me to tighten her down properly and equally. This way when i get my bed rail caps i can lift it off and slide those on with out having to go through the whole leveling it out again. The instructions are not bad but take your time, there isn’t really much help out there so this is an honest first impression reveiew. Its sturdy as hell once properly fitted but you definitely need patience for assembly. Super easy though.

Construction
Better directions, and yes it is a very nice rack, once you get it aligned . But it takes 2 guys to install it. Ty

You get what you pay for
If I could give no star review I would. Everything about this rack is garbage. This thing scratches if you even look at it wrong, and it will rust within days of installing, even where it isn't scratched. Got home from work one day and the side of my truck was covered in rust drips from driving in the rain one day. Installing the upper portion the tubes did not line up properly even after putting the square plate on holding it together so it is not 100% straight. On top of all that was the wind noise. I have had racks on trucks for the past 15 years so I expected some noise but this thing is absolutely unbearable once you hit about 55mph. By far the worst ladder rack I have owned by a mile.Save yourself the aggravation and spend the money on something of quality because this is not it. Took a while getting around to installing this so I'm well outside return window, but as soon as my new racks come in this one will be cut up and brought to the scrap yard where it belongs.

Very Functional
This was an excellent value for the price. Yes, it’s ugly. Yes, as others have said, it will rust in some places, so expect to need to paint it if you care about looks. However, the functionality and weight capacity at this price isn’t even close to anything else. It’s large and solid as a rock. There are some squeaks as you drive over rough surfaces, but not bad. It just barely fit onto the 5’ bed of my Colorado and it’s sits fairly high off the cab - but that keeps wind noise way down. It’s barely noticeable at 70 mph. I did have to get creative bolting it to the rail b/c of the way my Colorado bed rail is constructed. Basically, I have one J hook installed regularly on each bracket, then I (carefully) drilled a hole in each bracket so that I could position the j hook into the stake holders at each corner of my bed. I had to remove the plastic rail caps to position the J hooks closest to the cab and drill a hole in the cap for the bolt to poke through, but I was able to avoid drilling or cutting any body metal in my bed.

Great Value
Pros: Good unit, pretty easy to put together, easy to install solo, and the tie downs are in the perfect spots. For the price you can't beat it!Cons: not very well coated tube steel so any small abrasions start to show oxidation almost immediately. Road noise is also pretty significantSolutions: I grabbed a can of Matte Black and any areas that got scratched during install ( bottom of rails, near bolt locations & mounting points) I coated right after install. I put a bungee across the front to break the air and the road noise is significantly diminished
