I'm glad I was able to purchase these. I wear a 15 in most shoes, if I can find my size. I read reviews that say they run a bit small, so I ordered the wide in a 15. I'm so happy I did. My feet are actually narrow, and long, so I was expecting my feet to be slopping inside, but they actually fit just perfect. Which means, order a larger size or wide to get the right fit.The quality is..... I'm not sure how to describe. They seem well made, I don't see them falling apart prematurely, but there is glue from production all over these bad boys. Which in itself is horrible cause it's difficult to get off, makes shoes look cheap and walmartish.Comfort, ok. I guess they have a somewhat specific purpose. The insole isn't my favorite, but it never bothers me. The high ankle that is stiff and padded irritates me when I drive or need to kneel doing baseboards or something, but overall, I'm happy with comfort. Finally, these are a crossover boot/shoe. Know that first. They are purpose built, no big branding, and seemingly tough and durable boot. I'd rather wear theses over Chucks, as these have more material and seem more durable.Get a size bigger, or order wide

Tough Shoe
I've used this product now for a few months, mostly trekking in a tropical jungle environment with lots of river work. Fair amount of grip in mud - but that's not what it excels at (or made for). Very good at shedding water and grip while on rocks.Comfort is good for a few hours of hard use. But after a half day of walking on uneven rocks it gets ouch. I feel like I could walk for days in an urban environment.Looks: like Chuck Taylor met a jungle shoe. Not my style for meeting the ladies, but kinda hipster.Build quality is excellent.

Awesome Knock-around shoes. Hiking, wet work, daily drivers.
At just a little bit more expensive than Chucks, these shoe/boot hybrids are a great knock-around shoe for outdoor activities, driving, work, or bumming around. They don't have a lot of arch support and the insole is not very squishy, but they are comfy enough for all day wear if you aren't running in them. Mine have held up for over a year, so I bought another pair in a different color. Mine have been to many range days, several miles of daily walking, and even some light river fording. The drain holes in the shoes make them passable for camp shoes or for warm-weather fishing and hunting.

Not a bad pair of tactical Chucks. I like em!
So I’ve waited a few weeks before making this so that I’m not just reviewing them right out of the box.I like these a lot.So far I’ve done several miles on these, with a few trips to the range and two long range Competition Matches. They feel great and don’t need very much break in if any at all.Now here’s the bad.The insole is way to thick and is rubber, the kind that doesn’t slide well on your sock.I immediately replaced this with a thinner sole that I used with my older shoes and now I have space and my sock doesn’t bunch every time I put them on.One last thing, I thought this might be a reason to file a warranty claim but so far a small separation of the rubber of the sole and the rubber toe cap looked like it was coming apart. So far it hasn’t progressed and I’ve mostly ignored it unless it gets bigger. Also these are the ones not made in the US.So if that matters.

Great product!
Durable, light and comfortable! Works great in any terrain. I use them with my scuba fins and transitions well when I hit the land. 🫡

Ultima Utilitarian
Last year I bought the same pair, with a standard width. Had to break them in, my feet were sore for about a week. They lasted about a year, I wore them all the time. I have wide feet and this time ordered the Wide and they fit perfectly. No break in time. They are so comfortable, breathable, not too heavy, you can do almost anything in these shoes. I wear these to work, hike, do anything in them. They're basic black, well rounded shoes that don't have any flashy labels. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent work shoe!
My son requested these for wearing on the job and around the property for doing chores. He stated they’re very comfortable, size was as expected, and have a more durable wear than regular shoes and more comfy than boots, great substitute for both. They arrived on time and well packaged with no damage. I will no doubt be ordering another pair in a different color for Xmas!
