Q: Do you guys really only keep it for a month?

There really isn't that much in the bottle and my kids take it daily so we tend to go thru it quickly.

Q: Do I really have to use Use within one month if refrigerated?

I do not use mine within 1 month. I keep it in the refrigerator and have had no issues with spoilage. It may lose some potency, but we haven’t noticed that. It seems to work just as well. I suppose it’s kind of like “best used by” type labeling - they have to recommend an expiration, but it’s up to the user whether or not to follow that guideline.
