Quaker Rice Cakes Salt Free , 4.5 Oz

I am on a strict diet to lose weight and these crackers are only 35 calories each. They taste great and make even the least fattening meal substantial. Most highly recommended.

My vet suggested that I give these to my dog for snacks. He has pancreatitis and cannot digest fat. You should really market these as heathy pet treats. He loves them!

I noticed they are very fresh andd great crunch.

I love rice cakes whenever I feel like being a greedy little pig I just eat a few rice cakes. It's low in calories and yes while there are sugars everything in the world has sugars. Your average soda had 75 grams of sugar these innocent little rice cakes only have 3. That would mean you'd have to eat 15 rice cakes to get the equivalent of one soda which is amazing. Would recdomend eating with protein like peanut butter to balance out and not receive empty calories.
