Not what I thought it would b
I was hoping for minced green chillies but instead got a salty non green chilli tasting paste. Having said that I like to use it to flavour dressings and dishes for a bit of a bite

Tasty Ajika but Tiny Jar.
This ajika has an authentic taste, like I used to eat in my childhood. I bought different varieties of Ajika in russian shops made in Germany but they are just like red spicy sauces. However, this one's taste is absolutely different, thick and enough for a while if I don't add it too much. I like to add it to stir fries and rice noodles. It was a nice discovering that they make it in the UK.

A friend made some chicken wings with this paste and they were delicious so I had to order some for myself to make at home.

it turns even bland food into something tasty, whether you re cooking on a plate , stove or bbq, ajika is great to spice up your food.

Incredibly versatile and essential spice product
This green ajika chilli paste is a key part of my kitchen cupboard now. Excellent as a marinade for steak gives amazing extra flavour to shepherds pies and bolognese it goes amazingly with all dark meats. Can also be mixed with yoghurt as a chilli dip. Highly recommended
