Hisense 40E4QTUK FHD LED TV with Freely (2025 Model)

I recently purchased the Hisense 32" Smart TV as a gift for my mum in Italy, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The delivery was smooth and right on time, which was such a relief since it was a surprise present. She was absolutely thrilled!The TV itself is sleek, lightweight, and the perfect size for her living room. The picture quality is crystal clear, and the sound is great right out of the box—no need for extra speakers. The built-in smart features are really easy to use, even for someone who’s not super tech-savvy. She’s now streaming her favorite shows on Netflix and YouTube with just a few clicks.What made this extra special was how simple it was to set up, even from afar. I guided her through it over a video call, and she had it going in no time. Great value for money with this hisense tv. The picture and colour quality is excellent especially given the price. The sound quality is good but could be better, but again given the price I can't complain. Lightweight, quick and simple to set up, and had all the apps and features you need at the click of a button. Connects to WiFi well and signal strength is great. Highly recommend this tv!

The first time my tv arrived it was fine for the first 2 days, the screen looks amazing considering the (by current standards) low resolution and was very easy to hang up on my wall using this hydraulic monitor arm i had bought, which had no trouble holding it up since the tv is extremely light.The responsiveness is good considering other tv's costing 5-10 times as much feel so much slower doing things like changing and opening apps and doesn't freeze at all when doing so.The audio is great as the software has auto ai features that allow any apps like netflix and disney to produce a good sound providing how thin the tv is which is incredibly impressive!A downside of the tv however is the poor build quality of the panel behind the glass. After only being hung up for 2 days, the LCD crystals had cracked and leaked, producing a black spot on the top edge of the tv while the glass Infront was spotless. I had returned it with no problems however and the new unit works great.

Needed a good value model for the Kitchen and the Hisence didn't let us down on price, performance or quality. its enhanced picture is great and sound is very good. The functionality is very good for the price range and it was fairly easy to set up, i only got stuck when being prompted for the Postcode during initial setup, as no keyboard was present but that was easy to change later.Yes I would recommend.

I purchased the Hisense 32 Inch Smart TV 32E4NTUK on 12 November 2024, and I’m already returning it tomorrow. The biggest issue was the lack of Bluetooth connectivity, despite the product listing clearly stating that it was included. This was a major factor in my decision to buy it, and discovering the false advertising was incredibly frustrating.Another problem was the difficulty in finding the serial number, which was hidden under numerous "Settings Menus," "Actions Menus," and other menus on the TV. It was unnecessarily complicated to access when needed, which is frustrating for a basic task.Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of access to Developer Options. This meant no troubleshooting or the ability to add external apps, severely limiting the TV's functionality and customisation options.When I reached out to Hisense Support Services, I was made to feel like an unwanted intruder rather than a customer seeking assistance. Their unhelpful and dismissive response only added to my dissatisfaction.As soon as the refund is processed and hits my Amazon Gift Card, I’ll be buying a new TV—but it certainly won’t be a Hisense.

Really neat tv - no probs setting up & great picture & also a great price

This a good tv for a bedroom, the sound quality lets it down but its fine with a soundbar. For the price tho it’s very good.
