This powder mixes easily with water. It tastes great! The amount of caffeine in one scoop is very high at 400 mg. I take only half a scoop for that reason. It gave me tons of energy and made me feel very alert without any jitters. The scoop sits in a slot at the top of the container which is nice as so many times they get buried. Overall this a very high quality, great tasting energy drink to take pre-workout and I would highly recommend it!

This is delicious and actually gives you a good boost. However, the caffeine level is pretty high, so you definitely have to pay attention to what time you take it. If you are a night-time gym goer, I'm not sure if you want to take this so close to going to sleep. The other ingredients are fine, and I'm sure they do give energy, but I think a lot of the boost comes from the caffeine. Still, the quality of the powder, and how quickly it dissolves, offers a good boost on the go. It seems like it might be expensive, but the cost per serving is much less than other energy drinks. Plus you just have to mix it with water, so you don't have to carry around the drinks.

I love Ghost energy drinks, but sometimes I need something portable to take with me on a trip. I ordered this Ghost powder and it was perfect! I just added it to a cup of water and stirred it. Energy comes on quickly and is sustained through a long workout without a crash, though the high caffeine content could be too much for sensitive users. The tingling from beta alanine is immediate and strong, so it may feel uncomfortable if you are not used to it. Pumps and focus are solid but not drastically different from other high-stimulant pre-workouts. Overall, effective but not subtle, best suited for those who already tolerate stronger formulas.

Tastes like a yummy frozen ice pop, it's very sweet and dissolves easily. It took a bit of searching to find the scoop in the tub. Overall, the quality is good, and I think it's effective. I use pre-workout regularly and have tried a few Ghost variants in recent years. I was excited to try this one out and the flavor is great! It gave me a solid boost to push out a great workout after work in the evening. I like the included beta alanine, citrulline, and betaine in the mix but I am not too fond of the high caffeine content. 400mg total in a single serving lol. It works but just be careful if you aren't used to high caffeine levels or already had caffeine during the day. Other than that, it works great and tastes great!

This stuff delivers. The energy kicks in fast and keeps me going through my entire workout without feeling jittery. Pumps are solid and there’s a noticeable boost in focus too. The ’Merica Pop flavor is actually really good—not too sweet or chalky like some others. I’ve tried a bunch of pre-workouts and this one’s definitely a favorite.
